The Website is operated by Food Nutrition Partners, a trading name of Cambridge Weight Plan Ltd (“We” or “Us”). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 1673704 and have our registered office at Stafford House, 10 Brakey Road, Corby, Northants, NN17 5LU, which is also our main trading address. Our VAT number is 5506021 81.

1. Accessing the Websites

1.1 Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if, for any reason, any of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
1.2 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or all sites, to users who have registered with us.
1.3 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. 8. Linking to the Websites

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

10.1 If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

10.2 If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Trade marks

Food Nutrition Partners and Cambridge Weight Plan as well as any other marks shown on this Website in relation to our products and services are trade marks, applications for registered trade marks or registered trade marks of Cambridge Nutritional Foods Ltd or associated companies, in the UK and elsewhere, and must not be used without permission. Any other marks used on the Websites are the property of their owners and must not be used without permission.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Websites.

13. Severance

13.1 If any provision of these terms of use (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force.
13.2 If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the commercial intention of the parties.
