Our dedicated Technical team will ensure that your product is manufactured to the highest food safety and quality standards.
Our extensive Food Safety Management System is accredited to FSSC 22000, a GFSI standard. The certification incorporates HACCP and all procedures related to the manufacture of food products.

 

That accreditation ensures that internal processes meet comprehensively tested standards and that those processes are thoroughly tested and audited. The FSSC standard also examines external relationships including supplier approval processes, laboratory testing and distribution channels.

 

The Technical team manage the system ensuring each stage of the process is routinely inspected, audited and checked. All the way from ingredient and packaging receipt to the distribution of your finished product, a comprehensive set of monitoring points exist.

Those internal quality procedures include goods received inspection, organoleptic evaluation (involving the use of the five senses), hygiene monitoring, Critical Control Point checks and labelling compliance. Document control is a key feature of the system.

 

External laboratory testing routines can be offered and our partners can supply a comprehensive suite of tests to meet every requirement.
